About this role:

An exciting opportunity has opened for the role of HR Representative (Professional and Development

Representative Intern). The HR Representative Intern focuses primarily on coordinating the day-to-

day running of the training and performance management admin tasks. This is a great opportunity

for a junior individual who has an interest in contributing to the employees’ career path and learning

journey.


What you will do?

  • Assist the PD team and other team members to coordinate training events, performance evaluation meetings, internal openings, mobility program etc.
  • Prepare the material, documents, and tools (Zoom, hangout, surveys links, webinar etc.) needed for each event.
  • Provide support to the trainers and trainees before, during, and after the training courses.
  • Assist to collect post training surveys for onboarding and ongoing training sessions and share the results of each trainer with their PDCs and the head of professional development.
  • Send reminder to the trainers/trainees with upcoming training sessions and track trainees’ attendance (attending live session or self-learning courses)
  • Assist with the onboarding agenda to choose the right trainers, welcoming new hires, communicating the assigned Professional Development Coach, Buddy, and the team.
  • Assist with any admin tasks to support the professional development team.


Requirements

Who you are?

Background amp; linguistic skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or Marketing
  • Fluent in English and other languages are plus (French or Arabic)
  • Previous internships an Admin Assistant, preferably in HR department

Competencies:

  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong client service skills.
  • Great Organization skills and good attention to details.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to work as part of diverse team and adapt her or his style to different audience.
  • Self- Motivated, flexible, very proactive and take her or his own initiative.
  • Open to seek and receive constructive feedback.
