Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking candidates looking for a position that utilizes their technology and business knowledge to implement marketing solutions. Software consultants will contribute to the entire project lifecycle including planning, requirement specifications, use case definition, data modeling, technical design, solution development, and implementation methodologies.
Job responsabilities :
- Implement industry-leading marketing solutions from Adobe, Salesforce, ActionIQ, Unica and SAS
- Organize customer meetings to identify functional and technical requirements
- Configure and customize marketing solutions to meet customer needs
- Design, structure and map data sources for marketing solutions
- Build integration points using APIs, microsites, ETLs, triggers, among others
- Train clients on industry best practices and benchmarks
Requirements
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software or Computer Engineering or other relevant technology-focused degrees
- Solid technical foundation [relational databases (SQL), object-oriented-programming (Java), APIs, data structures amp; algorithms, a strong understanding HTML]
- Strong interest in delivering consulting services to clients
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Capacity to think critically, learn quickly, and adapt to fast-paced work environments
- Experience with CRM or marketing technologies is an asset (Unica, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ActionIQ)
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Must be willing to work Eastern Time Zone hours several times a week to support North American teams on occassion
