Remote Major Metropolitan City in CA, NY, TX, IL
Carbon Health has been at the forefront of the Covid-19 response in California, launching the Coronavirus Self-Assessment Test in late February, followed by video telehealth assessments with medical staff, to an in-person or at-home test for Covid-19 if required.
Medical frontline staff being the most vulnerable, Carbon Health have also implemented daily check-ins through a symptom tracker for their staff along with educational videos, tutorials, and updated CDC guidelines on how to stay safe, all done through the app.
We're packaging this up to help other businesses with essential staff on the frontlines to give employees access to information, employers the ability to track the health of their workforce, and get the right people tested before a possible outbreak occurs. This coupled with testing, contract tracing and close medical follow up if there is a positive case, implementing protocols for when businesses can and should allow their employees back to the workplace.



What You'll Do
  • Develop strong customer relationships with large- and small-scale enterprise customers quickly and authentically in a designated territory or region based on Carbon’s increased clinic footprint
  • Run to completion complicated sales cycles to HR and Operations leaders responsible for COVID-19 responses and overarching strategy on employee health at their workplace
  • Come up to speed on the state of coronavirus response to date, learning the ins and outs of what is required to ensure we can help stop the spread of the virus in the workplace
  • Work at all levels very early on, this means having the ability to drive multi-million-dollar deals with a Fortune 100 company as well as conduct lead generation and networked cold calls to bring in new business
About You
  • 6+ years of experience selling in the SaaS environment, Benefits and Healthcare experience preferred with Experience with various technology platforms: Salesforce, G-Suite, Slack, ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc.
  • Proof of consistently hitting and exceeding a $1M+ quota year over year
  • Startup and Ground up Territory Management experience as a new territory sales professional
  • Strategic Thinker and Ability to be agile is fast paced organization
