About this role

As a Sr HR Representative you will provide office support by implementing administrative system, procedures, and policies and monitoring the HR amp; administrative projects. The Sr HR Representative works under the supervision of the HR Manager/Director, the local Country Manager and work closely with the team.

What you will do

  • Provide HR administrative support to the HR Manager/ Director, Country Manager, and the team in different offices
  • Organize and maintain employee files and records (Hard and soft copies in the HRIS system)
  • Manage the payroll and monthly or quarterly payment with different providers (CNSS, Retirement plan, PRIME health insurance payment, other HR invoices and payments)
  • Assist the HR Manager/Director and the Country Manager to ensure compliance of local labor law in Morocco and other offices if needed
  • Work together with the HR team to deliver an excellent service to the team
  • Assist with the onboarding efforts, new employee orientation and all the employee engagement initiatives and the offboarding process
  • Manage foreigners work permit and resident cards (ANAPEC)
  • Track employees all the different time off and sick leave
  • Support in coordinating and scheduling meeting for the local managers and the team for HR events (Values Breakfast, Fun committee, etc)
  • Assist, review and distribute company policies in digital format and hard copies (Handbook, Employee Representative, Réglement Intérieur, safety progress etc)

Who you are?

Background amp; linguistic skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant field; additional education in Human Resources Management will be a plus
  • A minimum 2 years of Administrative HR experience. (Previous knowledge of labor law)
  • Full proficiency in English, French and Arabic - Additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and work under pressure
