About this role

As a digital leader, you will have the skills to influence at every level, imparting your digital knowledge and skills in a constructive, empowering, and collaborative way. Working closely with our COO, you will be the driving force behind our organization's digital transformation.

What you will do?

• Manage the current knowledge management practices as well as design new knowledge distribution policies and encourage use of the new practices.
• Plan, develop and promote collaborative tools and techniques to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners (clients).
• Take ownership and position yourself as the go-to smart technologies and digital expert.
• Use your expertise and creativity to design, develop and roll out programs to improve client service and experience.
• Identify new tools that can support, enhance and improve our processes using Lean and Agile technologies
• Set and implement digital strategy by working with cross-functional partners to map and transition traditional processes to digital ones.
• Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, customer experiences, marketing channels, and business models.

Who you are?

• Bachelor Degree or above in Business, Information Technology or Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role designing and launching digital platforms
• Ideally someone with fast-paced thinking and can consistently bring new ideas to the table
• Outstanding communication, presentation, relationship building and project management skills
• Driven, dedicated and self-motivated
• Innovative mindset, constantly looking forward
• Agile and Lean Management skills
• Computer skills (PPT, Excel)
• Full proficiency in English - Additional languages are a plus
