Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Adobe Experience Manager consultant. The consultant will be responsible for helping our clients implement Customer Experiences, understand their digital asset needs, assist on data migration from various sources, provide strategic recommendations on marketing programs and user experience. This consultant will have a good understanding on how to develop/configure Adobe Experience Manager, along with leveraging key functionalities to deliver optimized customer experiences using data, insights, and content.

What you will do:

• Responsible for leveraging Adobe technology to design customer experiences and deployment strategies
• Advise and develop roadmaps and play a key leadership role in strategic decisions
• Gain an in-depth knowledge of the client's digital marketing strategy, business model, and data
• Recommend testing strategies based on channel-specific best practices and customer insights
• Lead discovery workshops to gather requirements, identify gaps, and present solutions with supportive documentation
• Provide subject matter expertise and critical thinking for the greater project to align with the clients’ environment and industry best practices

What you need to succeed:

• University degree in software or computer engineering or other relevant fields focused on information technologies
• Good knowledge of Web technologies such as HTML, JS, CSS
• Working knowledge of Java
• Basic knowledge of API integrations (REST and SOAP)
• Strong communication, written and presentation skills
• Experience in consulting and/or client-facing role, speaking publicly to groups and interacting with executives

Strong plus:

• Experience with web frameworks and architectures (NodeJS, React, Angular, etc.)
  
• Strong understanding of Adobe's technology and other digital marketing technologies and an understanding of how different platforms work together to deliver personalization at scale.
• Experience with mobile-first development strategies
• Adobe certifications: Developer, or Architect certifications would be a plus.
• Experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Campaign Standard, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Manager)
